Founder / Principal

Founded Creekside Communities in 2004 and brings more than four decades of manufactured housing, apartment, development, finance, acquisition, and operating experience.

Bill founded Creekside to purchase and operate manufactured home communities and apartment communities. His prior experience includes senior leadership roles with The Choice Group, Champion, Uniprop, Clayton Williams & Sherwood, and General Homes.

Principal

Joined Creekside as a partner in 2013 and brings deep operating, sales, finance, investor reporting, and portfolio management experience in manufactured housing.

Joe has held leadership roles across Creekside Communities, American Land Lease, Murex Properties, The Choice Group, Champion, and Uniprop.
